I was one day watching the first season of Master Chef Australia when I first met the wonderful chocolate lava cake, as it was called. That same day, I went to the kitchen and tried the recipe myself. With a tablespoonful of luck on my side, I pulled it of and it was simply luscious.
I baked a few more batches after that night. At least twice a month, I think. Somehow, I just stopped.
It has been months since the last time I baked a good batch of chocolate lava cakes. Now that this pic has reminded me this good recipe, I promise myself to bake some more of them again!
