Leche Flan – Simple Yet Delish

Not a long time ago, in a not so very far away kitchen, there was this one young lady who started making one of her favorite all time desserts after she found herself craving for one.

Okay okay.  Sorry.  I just got carried away with this fairytale style writing after watching Snow White and the Huntsman with my boyfriend.

Anyway, that all time favorite dessert of mine [one of them, at least] is… LECHE FLAN.  If you haven’t heard about it yet, you can find a short and simple description of it here: Leche Flan to the Rescue!

Drooling already, aren’t you?

I ended up creating eight of these lovelies that night.  A couple of hours inside the fridge was enough to cool them down.  Not freezing.  Just cold.  So soft and delish to the palate.  Perfect no matter what the weather outside is!  Bebe and I enjoyed their company for straight two days.  That was quick, ‘eh?

Hmmm.  After posting this pic, I think I am going to make eight more of these during the weekend.
