I Cook Food For A Living. It Completes Me.

A friend have sent me a private message on Facebook hours ago confirming the news about my job.  Although I proudly blog about my new profession whenever I have the time, I still haven’t updated my work info page on my Facebook account.  *wink*

To your right, you’ll see The Author corner and ta-dah!  I prepare and cook food for a living since the 14th of May this year.  A sous chef in a hotel downtown - yes, that’s my job description.  A rigorous yet very cool profession, it is!  At the end of each work day, I go home tired but contented.  Cooking food completes me!

The hotel restaurant’s new menu:

The popular Lobster Soup with shrimps, fresh dill and served with Toast Skagen [a small piece of homemade toasted brown bread with mayo-dill-shrimp-mustard dressing]:

Future plans?  Oh.  I have so many.  On top of my list is to one day open my own resto in the Philippines.  It’s not going to happen anytime soon but when the time comes, I’ll definitely be looking into different business insurance quotes, compare each plan and grab the best option.  You know.  Just to be sure I won’t end up crying if the business won’t be a success.
