I am really bad at keeping my written recipes in order. I once have managed to arrange them however, it hasn’t taken me so long to create another complete chaos. With my messy paper organization, I always end up spending more minutes searching for the recipe I need. I am planning on rewriting everything on pages of a new notebook and keeping them in tact this time. I really hope I can get this project done very soon.
Recipes on the fridge:
Recipes written on sheets of paper all squeezed into a kitchen drawer. Topsy-turvy, true that! *tsk tsk* For my own sake, I really have to fix this clutter.
Where do I get my recipes? Work, books, magazines, newspaper clippings, tv shows, iPhone apps and probably soon an ebook [say for example the kobo ereader]. I pick recipes, I try them, add or delete a few things to match my taste and then write down the adjusted result on any paper nearest to me for future reference.
How about you? Where do you get your recipe ideas? Do you try and test them and then sprinkle a bit of your personality into each food you create? How do you keep your recipes organized?
