Three days ago, I had the chance to try making chocolate truffles in school. It was my first time to create truffles and was kinda nervous. I Googled a bit about the recipe to get ideas. I decided to tweak the measurements and added flavor. The result? Loved ‘em!
I added a tiny pinch of fresh chili to the other half of the truffle batch to give it a click then covered each piece with crushed almonds. The other half was plain chocolate with white chocolate swirls to make them look pretty.
Chocolate truffles? Oh. Taste like heaven!
How about you? Love truffles or not?

I love chocolate truffles! :D I haven't tried spicy ones though, but these look so yummy! <3
ReplyDeleteMe, love 'em, too! Don't make them as often as I want to but will make more in days to come :)
